Cotton bales:
For the production of cotton bales we have already appropriate set up of automated plant still we ever consider the precautionary steps to maintain the quality of best steeple length cotton. Before procuring raw cotton from mandies (farmer markets) our quality assurance person check the quality and clear it for bales production. After ginning & pressing of bales the assurance officer check the steeple length , mice and segregate the quality cotton lot wise for sale.

Cotton seed:
Our automated plant gin the cotton and extract cotton seed our quality inspector check the appropriate quality of seed for seed oil production and seed cake production.

Cotton seed oil:
Our oil degrading machines are producing best quality of raw cotton seed oil and we're on process to get the refined cotton seed oil for consumer. The quality of seed oil can be rectify by it transparence in raw form and high viscosity.

Cotton Seed cake:
The oil degrading cake are automatically collected from conveyor belts and plant and kept separately in different warehouse the our "Makhan" brand cotton seed cake in famous in domestic market with excellent prosperities competitive to other brands. Quality standards seeds:-
All the offered agricultural seeds (i.e. Wheat, Maize, Soybean etc.) are offered to buyer with its testing parameters so the buyer must aware about the procurement of quality. Before export of any seed all the psytocenatory and fumigation certificate provide to buyer for the confirmation of safety of goods under shipment.

Home Furnishing Quality standards:-
Our quality product passed under AQL level 1.5 to 2.5 levels as per buyer parameter. All the goods passed through needle detection machine. Quality assurance manager check the minor points fabric weaving defects, hemming and stitching loose thread defect, size should be under tolerance limit or not. The major defects are all the goods packed under color constraints inner bag/blisters, cartons are marked with proper marking and customer address, invoice packing list are per customer requirement. Goods handling are in proper manner without damages of boxes etc.

The stringing quality control is the strength to produce best quality product and satisfy customer utmost need. Timely checking of company instrument used for production is also one of our strength. No use of child labor as per compliance and all the security parameter have been followed strictly to avoid uneven circumstances which could be cure of big losses. Fire fighting updated instruments is every time available in production premises, there is also trained labor available to use then in uneven circumstances.
